Darian Padua is a Strategic Advisor with ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors where he specializes in identifying investment grade clinical real estate and advises physician owners on sale-leaseback transactions. Before joining ERE Advisors, Darian was a Senior Associate and lead transaction manager for the real estate division of a private investment banking firm specialized in advising health systems and dominant physician practices.
Between 2014 and 2016, Darian managed transaction and due diligence coordination for over $1.2 billion in healthcare sale-leaseback transactions across the country. He has a thorough understanding of physician operating partnerships, practice ownership structures, and long-term lease negotiations.
Darian received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated with a major in Real Estate Finance and Development. Darian serves on the board of two non-profit organizations: Transplants for Children and Leadership Organization of Professionals (LOOP).
