Hillary Kresge

Hillary Kresge is the Director of Lease Advisory at ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors where she advises physician owners on their lease structuring and provides lease administration services. Before joining ERE, Hillary worked in the fuel industry for eight years holding numerous real estate and program management roles.

Prior to entering advisory, Hillary specialized in commercial lease optimization, landlord and tenant property management, and marketing of commercial assets.

Hillary is currently pursuing her MBA from the University of Southern California and holds an undergraduate degree in English and Paralegal Studies.
