The ERE team acted as exclusive advisors to the sellers and conducted a discrete nationwide marketing process to identify the most aggressive real estate buyer.

Simultaneous with buyer selection, the ERE team negotiated two new long-term leases, one with the practice, the other with a national surgical management partner, ensuring the providers continuous control over the facility.

After aligning the rents with local market and national ambulatory surgical center rates, ERE successfully completed the sale at a record setting price, resulting in a very large liquidity event for our clients.
