Patrick Dugan

Patrick Dugan is a Director with ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, where he specializes in advising physician owners on the disposition of their healthcare real estate assets.

With more than five years of focused healthcare real estate experience, Patrick guides physicians through the intersection of real estate ownership and practice strategy. He helps clients evaluate how real estate decisions impact succession planning, ownership objectives, and long-term financial outcomes.

In addition to representing physician owners, Patrick advises private investors on the acquisition and disposition of healthcare investment properties nationwide. His specialized understanding of healthcare real estate allows him to provide strategic guidance throughout the transaction process.

Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Bates College, where he studied Economics.
