Joe Barisano

Joe Barisano is an Associate Director with ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, where he specializes in advising physician ownership groups and private investors on healthcare real estate dispositions nationwide.

With several years of experience in the healthcare real estate industry, Joe works closely with physician owners of medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers to evaluate asset value, market positioning, and long-term real estate strategy. His focus is helping clients maximize value while aligning real estate decisions with broader practice and investment objectives.

Joe received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he graduated with a degree in Business Communications.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys saltwater fishing, boating, snowboarding, and traveling.
