Robert King

Robert King is a Managing Director with ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors and brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. After spending eight years practicing commercial real estate law, he transitioned into healthcare real estate brokerage and management, where he has spent the past 32 years advising healthcare property owners, investors, and operators nationwide.

Throughout his career, Robert has completed more than $600 million in healthcare real estate transactions, representing private owners, REITs, and institutional investors. His expertise includes asset sourcing, contract negotiation, due diligence, financial analysis, and strategic transaction advisory.

Robert received his law degree from the University of Ottawa. He holds a Florida Real Estate Broker License and has earned both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification.
