Trevor Smith

Trevor Smith is an Associate with ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade medical properties, with a particular focus on sale-leaseback strategies for physician practices.

Before joining ERE, Trevor worked in corporate financial planning and analysis for a multinational industrial company, supporting operations with over $2.0 billion in annual revenue.

Trevor received his undergraduate degree from Bentley University, where he graduated with a degree in both Finance and Health & Industry.

In his free time, Trevor enjoys competing in races with his two brothers, spending time in the mountains, and learning to cook new dishes.
