ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors (“ERE”) is pleased to announce the hiring of Jamion Nash (Nash), a resourceful real estate finance professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, as a financial analyst working out of the firm’s Orange County headquarters. Nash specializes in underwriting investment grade clinical real estate and advising physician owners in the disposition of their clinical assets.

Prior to joining ERE, Nash implemented analysis and underwriting for numerous commercial acquisitions across various market sectors throughout the nation, with a heavy concentration in the Midwest and California markets. Nash has acquired a thorough understanding of physician operating partnerships, focusing on monetization of healthcare related facilities through sale and leaseback transactions and other nuanced transaction structures.

Nash received his Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, competing as a Triple Jumper for the Mizzou Track & Field Team.
