ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 34,624 SF ophthalmic real estate portfolio in the Florida Panhandle.

ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors (“ERE”) was retained by ownership to evaluate their strategic real estate options without interfering with a potential practice transaction. After interfacing with the physician partners to evaluate their current situation, ERE advised on a strategic rent modification with the goal of maximizing value.

The real estate sale was successfully executed, yielding higher total sale proceeds (practice + real estate) without jeopardizing the practice’s private equity transaction.

The transaction was led by Collin Hart and Marc Flynn.
