By orchestrating a competitive bidding process, ERE generated 5 aggressive offers, creating leverage to negotiate pricing and terms with prospective buyers, and providing the client with a variety of options, including a break-up or portfolio sale, along with tax deferred reinvestment options. The advisory and execution by ERE yielded a sale price of $532 per square foot, exceeding client expectations by more than 10%, equating to an additional $1.5M in value.
