Tyffanie Herman is the COO and Marketing Director of ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors where she leads the company’s operations and marketing strategy to provide executive level advisory to owners of healthcare real estate. Tyffanie is a marketing and branding expert who specializes in connecting people and services through technology. Over the last 14 years Tyffanie has developed a diverse expertise in real estate marketing, business development and branding, enabling commercial real estate professionals to better serve their clients.  Her innovative and unparalleled ability to harness the power of digital marketing to produce positive client outcomes has positioned her as a sought-after marketing authority.

Prior to joining ERE Advisors, Tyffanie was a Marketing Director in the real estate division of a private investment banking firm that focused on advising physician partnerships and hospital systems in sale-leaseback transactions. Tyffanie has also worked as the Florida Regional Marketing Director for CBRE and was responsible for corporate branding, online visual design, and business development.
